3/8" Pizza Steel 16x16" New Factory 2nds Cooking Steels. This is a brand new, never used pizza steel from Cooking Steels but it is a factory 2nds model, so it has some blemishes in the steel on both sides from the factory. Nothing that will affect it use, it's just cosmetic. 3/8" thick steel, 16 inches by 16 inches. Weighs just over 27 pounds. I bought it and never used it. Will be shipped exactly how it was originally shipped to me (shipped via Fedex Ground)
