Gits Uttapam are delicious uttapam that are excellent in taste and are topped with chutney and tamarind spices. It was garnished with well-known Indian spices and tamarind sauce on top. Other seasonings and/or vegetables are frequently added throughout the cooking process depending on personal tastes.
