The Punisher #98 (cover dated January 1995, published in late 1994) is part of the original The Punisher (Vol. 2) series. Written by Chuck Dixon with art by Frank Teran, this issue follows Microchip as he attempts to recruit Carlos Cruz to replace Frank Castle, while Castle himself tracks a new drug lord named Cringe. Still sealed/protected but still graded as “good” as slightest wear (as per pics). Classic comic.
