Pizza pan covers are used when dough is being proven in the pizza pan. Pizza Pan Covers 7", 8", 9", 10", 12", 14", 15", and 16" Sizes. There is also a recess so that the pan that is stacked on top will not slide off when the stack is being moved or carried.
