Join the Pizza Pilgrims on a fun and thrilling ride through the city of Naples. Famed the world over as the birthplace of pizza, Naples is an extraordinary city that revolves around food. Thom and James Elliot are adopted sons of Naples, with a little black book of chefs, suppliers, restaurateurs and people who have become close friends and colleagues over the past decade of the Pizza Pilgrims restaurants. In 2023 they built the world’s smallest mobile pizzeria – a Vespa with a pizza oven on the back – much to the Neapolitans’ delight and bemusement, and over the past two years they have travelled around the city with photographer Dave Brown, capturing the very best that Naples has to offer.
